专利互引视角下的企业技术溢出研究——以百度等人工智能企业为例

摘　　要：人工智能发展十分迅速,企业在芯片、无人驾驶、金融、通信领域等投入人工智能的技术研发,基于专利互引视角分析创新生态系统内人工智能企业技术外溢和竞合态势。构建了直接引用系数、技术感应度、技术影响力系数等技术溢出指标,以百度等10家企业2010-2018年的人工智能专利数据为样本进行技术溢出研究,分析了百度公司的直接引用系数,各企业间的技术影响力系数和技术感应度系数,分析了企业技术溢出效应企业和竞合态势。研究表明,百度、华为集中了大量的人工智能专利,在人工智能产业中技术感应力较高,对其技术需求较大,技术溢出效应十分明显,腾讯、中兴技术影响力较大,对人工智能产业发展具有重要的带动作用。据此,提出人工智能企业协同发展建议。By Artificial intelligence developing rapidly,enterprises invest in the research and development of AI technology in the fields of chip,driverless,finance and communication.Based on the perspective of mutual-patent citation,this paper analyses the technology spillover,competition and cooperation among AI enterprises in the innovation ecosystem.This paper constructs such as direct citation coefficient,technology sensitivity and technology influence coefficient,researches the technology spillover from 2010 to 2018 patents of ten enterprises such as Baidu and so on.This paper study the direct citation coefficient,technology influence coefficient,technology sensitivity coefficient of Baidu Company,and the spillover between enterprises and technology,competition and cooperation.The research shows that Baidu、Huawei have concentrated a large number of AI patents.They have high technology sensitivity in AI industry,large technology demands and obvious technology spillover effect,Tencent、ZTE have great influence and an important driving role in the development of AI industry.Finally,the suggestions for the synergy development of AI enterprises are put forward.
