摘 要:针对超声波流量计,通过实验实测和模拟结果的对比,提出采用CFD模拟仿真的方法,研究影响因素对超声波流量计内部流场及速度分布的影响。借助模拟方法分析了热电偶的安装、不同流量和流体温度对流量计内部流场及修正系数K的影响,结果表明,热电偶不仅仅影响了下游的工质流动,扰动的范围已经蔓延到上游接近超声波探头附近,会对流量测量结果产生影响;同一温度下,修正系数K随着流量的增大,先快速减小,再缓慢减小;当流量较小时,流动本身因温度的变化所带来的测量误差已经超过了可接受的范围,表明在流量较小时测量会产生较大的误差,应考虑温度补偿。模拟仿真为超声波流量计的进一步研究和优化提供了简单便捷的方法。For the ultrasonic flowmeter,through the comparison of experimental measurements and simulation results,the method of CFD simulation is proposed to study the influence of influencing factors on the internal flow field and velocity distribution of the ultrasonic flowmeter.By means of the simulation method,the effects of thermocouple installation,different flow rate and fluid temperature on the internal flow field and correction coefficient of K of the flowmeter are analyzed.The results show that the thermocouple not only affects the downstream working fluid flow,but the range of disturbance has spread to the upstream approaching the vicinity of the ultrasonic probe will affect the flow measurement result;at the same temperature,the correction coefficient K decreases rapidly with the increase of the flow rate,and then slowly Decrease;when the flow rate is small,the measurement error caused by the change of the temperature itself has exceeded the acceptable range,indicating that the measurement will produce a large error when the flow rate is small,and temperature compensation should be considered.Simulation provides a simple and convenient method for further research and optimization of ultrasonic flowmeters.
