活血降压方治疗高血压血瘀证伴肾损伤临床疗效及对内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨活血降压方治疗高血压血瘀证伴早期肾损伤的临床疗效及对内皮功能的影响。方法选取符合纳入标准的2018年4月~2019年4月就诊于丽水市中医院的64例高血压血瘀证伴早期肾损害患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用活血降压方治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组患者收缩压、舒张压水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的降压效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血瘀证积分水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者血瘀证积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者尿微量蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者尿微量蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血栓素B2(TXB2)、人6-酮-前列腺素(6-K-PG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者TBX2水平明显低于对照组,6-K-PG水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压血瘀证伴肾损伤患者加用活血降压方治疗较常规西药治疗而言,可显著提高临床疗效,降压效果显著,明显改善血瘀症状,能缓解患者肾损害及改善患者血管内皮功能,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of activating blood and antihypertensive prescription on hypertension with Huoxue Jiangya Decotion complicated with early renal injury and its impact on endothelial function.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,a total of 64 patients with hypertension with blood stasis syndrome complicated with early renal injury admitted to the inclusion criteria in Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the treatment group(n=32)and the control group(n=32).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated Huoxue Jiangya Decotion on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The antihypertensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of blood stasis syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of blood stasis syndrome in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in urine microprotein and urineβ2-microglobulin levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of urinary microprotein and urinary β2-microglobulin in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant differences in the levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2) and human 6-keto-prostaglandin(6-K-PG) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TXB2 and 6-K-PG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
