三黄合剂保留灌肠防治放射性肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过探讨三黄合剂保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的有效性。方法选取2018年1~12月我科的盆腔放疗42例病例,分为观察组(21例)和对照组(21例),两组患者均接受过放疗且出现放射性肠炎的副反应,观察组采用三黄合剂保留灌肠,对照组采用康复新液灌肠,比较两组治疗方法的总有效率及不良反应,两组患者均随访完成。结果观察组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为67%,采用确切概率法,χ2=0.092<3.84,P<0.05。两组比较,表明观察组治疗效果明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中草药三黄合剂保留灌肠防治放射性肠炎疗效较为满意,能够减轻放射性肠炎引起的疼痛及排便功能失调,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effectiveness of retention enema with Sanhuang Mixture in the treatment of radiation enteritis.Methods Forty-two cases of pelvic radiotherapy in our department from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group(21 cases)and a control group(21 cases).Both groups received radiotherapy and developed radiation enteritis.The observation group used Sanhuang Mixture to retain the enema,and the control group used Kangfuxin liquid to retain the enema.The total effectiveness between the two treatment methods was compared.Both groups were followed up.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67%.Using the exact probability method,χ2=0.092<3.84,P<0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the observation group had a significant therapeutic effect.Conclusions Retention enema with the Chinese herbal medicine Sanhuang Mixture is more satisfactory in preventing and treating radiation enteritis,which can reduce the pain and defecation dysfunction caused by radiation enteritis and improve the quality of life of patients.
