摘　　要：目的探讨移动护士工作站在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位质量中的应用。方法选取2018年1~12月期间在我院诊断治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例为研究对象,将前半年的40例患者作为对照组,将后半年的40例患者作为观察组,对照组给予常规康复护理措施及传统良肢位摆放宣教,观察组在常规康复护理的基础上实施移动护士工作站进行良肢位摆放宣教。比较两组的Fugl-Meyer评分、ADL评分、QOL-100评分及CNS评分,比较两组患者的良肢位质量应用效果。结果两组的Fugl-Meyer评分出院时与入院时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施移动护士工作站后观察组与对照组ADL评分、QOL-100评分及CNS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对行良肢位摆放的脑卒中偏瘫患者,采取移动护士工作站开展护理工作,能够有效改善患者的良肢位肢体质量,同时能够预防发生并发症,提升患者的生活质量,具备极为深远的社会意义,可以在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application of mobile nurse workstation in improving the quality of good limb position in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke and hemiplegia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research object.40 patients in the first half of the year were used as the control group,and 40 patients in the second half of the year were used as the observation group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation nursing measures and traditional good limb placement education.The observation group implemented mobile nurse workstation to carry out good limb placement education on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing.The Fugl-Meyer score,ADL score,QOL-100 score and CNS score of the two groups were compared for the application effect of the good limb position quality.Results The difference in Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups between at discharge and at admission was significant(P<0.05).After the mobile nurse workstation was implemented,the difference in ADL score,QOL-100 score and CNS score between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stroke and hemiplegia who are placed in good limb position,mobile nurse workstation applied in carrying out nursing work can effectively improve the quality of the patient's limbs with good limb position.At the same time,it can prevent complications and improve the quality of life of the patient.It has profound social significance and can be promoted in clinical practice.
