摘 要:目的:探究胸腰椎爆裂性骨折64排螺旋CT扫描及其重建技术的影像诊断价值及临床应用。方法:抽取观察对象一共68例,均为我院收治的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者。研究进行的时间段在2017年1月~2020年1月。实验期间采取数字分组法,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组中34例患者。观察组使用64排螺旋CT扫描诊断,对照组采取临床常规诊断。观察对比两组患者的诊断结果,并记录在CT扫描下患者的病灶情况。结果:观察组诊出率为97.06%,另外有1例漏诊,对照组中诊出26例,5例漏诊,3例误诊,两组患者的诊出率差异显著(P<0.05)。在CT观察下,单椎体骨折22例,多椎体骨折11例,另外还有1例漏诊;辨别患者骨折情况,前中柱受累13例,前中后柱受累20例;出现椎管狭窄的患者有18例。结论:对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者应用64排螺旋CT扫描及其重建技术来进行诊断,诊断的准确率高,及时了解患者病情,还能对患者的具体骨折情况进行辨别分析,有助于预后工作的开展,值得推广。Objective:To explore the imaging diagnostic value and clinical application of 64 row spiral CT scan and reconstruction technology for thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods:A total of 68 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were selected. The study was conducted from January 2017 to January2020. During the experiment, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 34 patients in each group. The observation group was diagnosed by 64 row spiral CT scan, and the control group by clinical routine diagnosis. Observe and compare the diagnosis results of the two groups, and record the focus of the patients under CT scanning.Results:The diagnosis rate of the observation group was 97.06%, another case was missed, 26 cases were found in the control group, 5 cases were missed, 3 cases were misdiagnosed, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Under CT observation, there were 22 cases of single vertebral body fracture, 11 cases of multi vertebral body fracture, and 1 case of missed diagnosis;to identify the fracture situation, 13 cases were involved in the anterior middle column, 20 cases were involved in the anterior middle and posterior column;18 cases were involved in spinal stenosis.Conclusion:64 row spiral CT scan and its reconstruction technology are applied to the diagnosis of thoracolumbar burst fracture. The accuracy of the diagnosis is high, the patients’ condition can be understood in time, and the specific fracture situation of the patients can be distinguished and analyzed, which is helpful for the development of the prognosis work and is worth promoting.
