摘  要:沈阳工业大学测控技术与仪器专业结合新时代测控专业建设和自身优势特点,基于成果导向教育,依托辽宁省装备制造行业,体现"新工科"教育理念,以学生为中心,将工程实践能力和创新意识培养贯穿于大学四年,提出了"项目认知、方向启蒙—基础教育、核心引导—专业教育、能力培养—实践教育、创新提升"的贯通融合、迭代升级的全程培养体系。在该体系中实施了创设问题及能力导向教学方法,并配设相应的课程和实践教学环节,满足不同培养层次的知识能力需求。经过几年的实践检验,取得了较好的专业建设和人才培养效果。Based on the achievements-oriented education,and relying on the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,the measurement and control technology and instrument specialty of Shenyang University of Technology embodies the educational concept of"emerging engineering",takes the students as the center,combines with the new era of measurement and control professional construction and its own advantages,puts forward the whole training system of"project cognition and direction enlightenment-basic education and core guidance-professional education and ability training-practice education and innovation promotion",which runs through the cultivation of engineering practice ability and innovation consciousness for four years.In this system,problem-creation and ability-oriented teaching methods are implemented and the corresponding courses and practical teaching links are set up to meet the needs of knowledge and ability under different levels of training.After several years of practical testing,we have achieved good results in professional construction and talent training.
