摘　　要：为全面摸清我国自然资源家底,确定自然资源登记单元的质量,对不同自然资源进行管理,本研究从自然资源的自然因素、区位因素和社会经济因素等方面采用综合分析法,按照定量分析与定性分析相结合的原则建立一套较为完善的、数据可获得并易于操作的指标体系;对各自然资源评价单元通过因素法、修正法、样地法进行分等定级,解决了各类自然资源评价方法零乱、不统一的问题,为更有效的管理、利用自然资源提供科学依据。To fully understand the natural resource base,determine the quality of natural resources registration units and manage different natural resources,this study adopts comprehensive analysis method from the aspects of natural factors,location factors and social economic factors of natural resources,and establishes a set of relatively perfect index system according to the principle of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,which can be obtained and easy to operate.The evaluation units of natural resources are classified by factor method,correction method and sample method,which solves the problem of disorder and inconsistency of various natural resources evaluation methods and provides scientific basis for more effective management and utilization of natural resources.
