摘　　要：目的分析两种膀胱冲洗液温度对肾移植术后出血和膀胱痉挛的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在本院行肾移植术治疗的患者94例作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将其分成研究组和对照组。对照组予以25℃的膀胱冲洗液对膀胱进行冲洗,研究组则采用温度与患者体温相近的膀胱冲洗液进行膀胱冲洗。分别比较两组术后冲洗液量、冲洗时间、术后出血量、膀胱痉挛发生率、冲洗前后各项血流动力学指标变化值和术后生活质量。结果研究组术后冲洗液量、术后出血量、膀胱痉挛发生率和冲洗时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组冲洗前后心率变化值、收缩压变化值、舒张压变化值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后各项SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后采用温度与体温相近的膀胱冲洗液可获得较为明显的效果,有利于减少患者术后出血量,降低膀胱痉挛发生风险,同时有效减轻患者应激反应程度,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of temperature of two kinds of bladder washing fluid on bleeding and bladder spasm after kidney transplantation.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,94 patients who planned to receive kidney transplantation in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.All subjects were divided into study group and control group by ran-dom drawing.The control should be 25%C rinses for bladder irrigation of the bladder,the team the use of the temperature and the temperature was similar in patients with bladder rinses for bladder irrigation.The amount of washing fluid and the time of washing were compared between the two groups,the a-mount of postoperative bleeding,the incidence of bladder spasm,the changes of hemodynamic indexes before and after washing,and the postoperative quality of life.Results The amount of washing fluid and washing time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences.were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative blood loss and incidence of bladder spasm in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Changes in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and af-ter irrigation in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Bladder washing so-lution with similar temperature and body temperature after kidney transplantation can achieve obvious effect,which is beneficial to reduce postoperative blood loss,reduce the risk of bladder spasm,effective-ly reduce the degree of stress response of patients and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
