摘　　要：目的对新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发流行期发热门诊的护理管理方法进行探讨。方法通过多管齐下的护理管理方法加强新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发流行期发热门诊的护理管理工作,包括发热门诊的布局、院感防控及消毒隔离制度落实、护理人力资源管理、护理人员职业防护培训考核及应急演练、标本采集及运送、专人陪检、患者及家属健康宣教、控制管理及质量改进。结果发热门诊2020年1月20日-2月2日共接诊患者630例,日均接诊50例,采集血标本580例,采集咽拭子300例。其中收治留观病员38例,经市疾控中心专家组确定高度疑似患者7例,确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎1例,疫情报告及时、准确,无漏报、瞒报、谎报,实现医务人员、工人“零感染”,患者无交叉感染,看诊患者满意度高,无纠纷投诉发生。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发流行期,采取相应的护理管理策略,能有利于新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控,保障患者、医务人员、工人的安全。Objective To explore the nursing management method for novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak epidemic period fever clinic.Methods The novel coronavirus pneumonia was treated by multi pronged nursing management methods to strengthen the nursing management of fever clinic in the outbreak phase of new coronavirus pneumonia,including the layout of fever clinics,the implementation of hospital prevention and control and disinfection and isolation system,nursing human resources management,nursing personnel occupation protection training assessment and emergency exercise,specimen collection and transportation,special person accompany inspection,health education and control of patients and their families.Management and quality improvement.Results From January 20 to February 2,2020,the fever clinic received 630 patients,50 patients per day,580 blood samples and 300 throat swabs were sampled.The novel coronavirus pneumonia was diagnosed in 38 cases by the CDC expert group,and 1 cases were diagnosed with new coronavirus pneumonia.The epidemic situation report was timely and accurate,without missing report,concealment and false reporting,and the"zero infection"of medical staff and workers was achieved.The patients had no cross infection,and the satisfaction degree of patients was high.There were no complaints about the occurrence of disputes.The group of 7 patients had a high degree of satisfaction.Conclusion In the period of novel coronavirus outbreak,novel coronavirus pneumonia can be prevented and controlled by adopting corresponding nursing management strategies,so as to ensure the safety of patients,medical workers and workers.
