社区-胸科一体化联动在胸痛院外救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究社区-胸科一体化联动救治在胸痛患者院外救治中的应用价值。方法纳入武汉市第三医院2017年6月-2019年6月156例胸痛患者作为研究对象,根据救治模式不同将156例患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组78例,院外行社区-胸科一体化联动救治,对照组78例,行常规院外救治。比较两组患者救治成功率和并发症发生情况,记录两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者发病至入院时间、分诊时间及住院时间较对照组均显著缩短(t=3.257、9.983、5.406,P<0.05)。两组胸痛病因差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.697,P=0.874)。两组救治成功率差异无统计学意义(校正χ^2=1.887,P=0.170)。观察组入院至球囊扩张时间(door to balloon,D2B)显著短于对照组(t=5.345,P=0.000),并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^2=9.989,P=0.002)。结论社区-胸科一体化联动救治模式用于院外救治有助于减少并发症,缩短救治时间,提高救治效果。Objective To study the application value of community chest department integrated linkage treatment in chest pain pre hospital treatment.Mcthods 156 patients with chest pain from June 2017 to June 2019 were included in the study,156 patients were divided into observation group and control group,which accorded to the different treatment modes.There were 78 cases in the observation group,who treated with community chest department integrated treatment before the hospital,while there were 78 cases in the control group,who treated with routine pre hospital treatment.The success rate and complications of the two groups were compared,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was recorded.Results The time from onset to admission,triage and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t=3.257、9.983、5.406,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the etiology of chest pain between the two groups(χ^2=0.697,P=0.874),there was no significant difference in the success rate of treatment between the two groups(calibrationχ^2=1.887,P=0.170).The time from door to balloon(D2B)in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(t=5.345,P=0.000),the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(χ^2=9.989,P=0.002).Conclusion The community chest integrated treatment mode can reduce complications,shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment effect.
