摘　　要：目的了解北京和河北部分地区猫疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(feline herpesvirus type 1,FHV-1)流行感染情况,为猫传染性鼻气管炎的预防控制奠定基础,为实验用猫标准的制定提供参考依据。方法取猫眼鼻拭子、血清、全血等样本167份,提取DNA并利用特异性聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)进行FHV-1核酸检测。组间率的比较采用χ^2检验。结果167只猫FHV-1感染率为41.92%(70/167)。<3月龄猫和>6月龄~1岁、>1~3岁、>5~10岁猫的FHV-1感染率差异有统计学意义(感染率分别为77.78%,32.86%,32.35%,28.57%,χ^2=0.009、0.022、0.049,P均<0.05);有无临床症状猫的FHV-1感染率差异有统计学意义(55.56%vs 27.40%,χ^2=0,P<0.001)。幼龄猫(≤6月龄,FHV-1携带率为65.22%)和老龄猫(>10岁,FHV-1携带率为60.00%)FHV-1感染率较其他年龄组(FHV-1携带率为28.57%~33.33%)高;雌性猫FHV-1感染率较雄性猫高(45.00%vs 35.37%);流浪猫FHV-1感染率较家养宠物猫高(50.82%vs 36.79%)。结论猫FHV-1携带率较高,建议制定实验用猫微生物标准时将FHV-1作为排除项目。实验用猫的选用尽量避开幼龄猫和老龄猫,优先选择雄性猫。Objective To understand the prevalence of feline herpesvirus type 1(FHV-1)infection in cats of Beijing and Hebei.Methods A total of 167samples including cat eye and nose swabs,serum and whole blood were collected.These samples were subject to DNA extraction,and then detected by FHV-1specific polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method.Chi-square test was used for inter-group comparison.Results The infection rate of FHV-1was 41.92%(70/167)in 167cats.There were significant differences in FHV-1infection rates among cats<3months old(7/9,77.78%)and that between 6months to one year old(23/70,32.86%),1year to 3years old(12/34,32.35%),and 5-10years old(2/7,28.57%)(χ^2 values were 0.009,0.022and 0.049,respectively,P<0.05);There was a significant difference in FHV-1infection rates between cats with suspected clinical symptoms(50/90,55.56%)and without clinical symptoms(20/77,25.97%)(χ^2=0.000,P<0.001).The infection rates of FHV-1 were higher in young(≤6 months,65.22%)and old cats(>10years,60.00%)than that of other age groups(28.57%-33.33%);the infection rate of FHV-1in female cats(27/60,45.00%)was 9.63%higher than that in male cats(29/82,35.37%).The FHV-1infection rate of stray cats(31/61,50.82%)was 14.03%higher than that of domestic cats(39/106,36.79%).Conclusions The infection rate of FHV-1is higher in cats,suggesting that FHV-1 should be taken as an exclusion factor in the establishment of microbiology standards for experimental cats.The selection of experimental cats should try to avoid young and old cats,and choose male cats first in terms of gender.
