摘　　要：研究了槐米提取物在Lyocell织物上的染色性能,探讨了染浴pH、染色时间、染色温度、染料及媒染剂质量浓度等染色工艺参数对染色后织物性能的影响。槐米提取物同浴染色的最优工艺为:浴比1∶30,染浴pH 7,染料质量分数5%,媒染剂质量浓度4 g/L,染色温度50℃,染色时间30 min。染色后织物耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度均可达4级及以上,还可获得较好的紫外防护性能及抗菌性能。The dyeing properties of sophosiae extract on Lyocell fabric are studied.The effects of dyeing parameters including pH value of dyeing bath,dyeing time,dyeing temperature,amount of dye and mordant on the properties of the dyed fabric are discussed.The optimum dyeing process for sophopae extract is as follows:bath ratio 1∶30,p H value of the dyeing bath 7,amount of dye 5%,amount of mordant4 g/L,and dyeing at 50℃for 30 min.After dyeing,the rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the dyeings could reach grade 4 and above.It could also obtain better UV protection performance and antibacterial performance.
