罗沙司他治疗腹膜透析肾性贫血29例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察罗沙司他治疗腹膜透析患者贫血的疗效和安全性。方法筛选2019年11月1日至2020年6月30日中国医科大学附属第一医院腹膜透析中心规律随访伴肾性贫血的患者。采取前后自身对照设计,回顾分析应用重组人促红素(EPO)阶段与应用罗沙司他阶段患者贫血的治疗效果。结果研究共纳入长期腹膜透析肾性贫血应用罗沙司他的患者29例。所有患者血红蛋白(Hb)水平均较前期维持或升高,无患者Hb较前下降。患者应用EPO阶段平均Hb(86.2±14.8)g/L,Hb达标(Hb≥110 g/L)率16.1%,应用罗沙司他阶段平均Hb(112.4±18.5)g/L,Hb达标率67.7%。所有患者未出现严重心脑血管不良事件。结论腹膜透析贫血患者应用罗沙司他有效提高患者贫血达标率。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Roxadustat in the treatment of anemia in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods Analyze the hemoglobin and other anemia related indicators of peritoneal dialysis patients with renal anemia before and after use of Roxastat retrospectively.Results Totally 29 patients were analyzed.After 3-6 months of oral roxastat,the Hb level of all patients maintained or increased,and none of them decreased.The average Hb of patients in the EPO phase was(86.2±14.8)g/L,and the Hb compliance rate(Hb≥110 g/L)was 16.1%.The average Hb in the Roxadustat phase was(112.4±18.5)g/L,and the Hb compliance rate was 67.7%.No MACE+events occurred in any patient.Conclution The application of Roxadustat for patients with anemia on peritoneal dialysis can effectively improve the rate of compliance with anemia.
