摘　　要：目的分析2015-2019年无锡市老年人群肺结核流行病学特征,探讨老年结核病防治策略。方法采用描述性研究方法对2015-2019年结核病信息系统中登记的现住址为无锡市≥60岁以上老年肺结核发病情况进行分析。结果2015-2019年无锡市共登记≥60岁老年肺结核患者3 275例,报告发病率为57.48/10万,总体呈下降趋势;但涂阳患者数比例依然较高(45.11%)。老年男性肺结核平均发病率89.56/10万,是女性的3.38倍,地区分布显示梁溪区和江阴市澄江街道老年肺结核病例核密度值较高。老年肺结核患者复治比例和就诊延误比例较高,分别为15.21%和58.11%。结论无锡市应针对重点地区加强老年人结核病防治知识宣传,提高老年人肺结核筛查效率。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis in the elderly in Wuxi City from 2015 to 2019,so as to explore the targeted prevention and control strategy of tuberculosis in the elderly.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method and statistics were performed in tuberculosis patients aged≥60 years.Results During 2015 to 2019,a total of 3275 elderly(≥60 years)tuberculosis patients were reported with an incidence rate of 57.48/100,000.There was a descending long-term trend in the incidence of elderly tuberculosis.However,the proportion of smear-positive patients was still high(45.11%).The average incidence rate of elderly tuberculosis in men was 89.56/100,000,which was 3.38 times higher than women.Two high endemic regions were observed.The proportion of retreated patients and diagnosis delay in the elderly patients was still high(15.21%and 58.11%respectively).Conclusion Emphasis should be placed on the awareness of key information on tuberculosis in the elderly,especially among endemic regions.Improving the screening efficiency of elderly tuberculosis is also necessary.
