摘 要:目的系统回顾气象对登革热疫情的影响模式,评估各种气象因素在登革热传播中的作用。方法以登革热(dengue)、气候(climate)、传播(transmission)等关键词进行组合检索,检索中国知网、百度学术、谷歌学术和SCI-HUB文库近20年的相关文献并进行整理。结果温度、降水、相对湿度是影响登革热疫情的最主要因素,大多呈非线性关系,但具体影响具有时空异质性;且多数研究围绕温度展开,说明温度对其传播起到关键作用。结论不同气象因素对登革热影响差异明显,针对具体地区进行登革热气象因素分析具有重要意义,可为风险评估和策略制订提供科学依据。Objective The aim of this study was to systematically review the influence of meteorological factors on dengue epidemics,and to evaluate the role of each meteorological factor in the process of dengue transmission.Methods"Dengue","climate","transmission"and related terms were used as key words to search literatures in CNKI,Baidu scholar,Google scholar,SCI-HUB in recent 20 years.Results It was found that temperature,precipitation and relative humidity were the most important factors involving dengue outbreaks,with nonlinear association among them.Yet the specific impact had spatial and temporal heterogeneity.Moreover,most researches were focused on temperature,indicating its key role in the spread of dengue.Conclusion Various meteorological factors had different influences on dengue infection.It is necessary to analyze such specific impacts according to the characteristics of different areas,which can offer scientific evidence for risk assessment and intervention.
