复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅱ)用于儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅱ)用于儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果与价值。方法 120例接受结肠镜检查的患儿,采用随机分组法将患儿分为实验组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用乳果糖进行肠道准备,实验组采用乳果糖+复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅱ)进行肠道准备。对比两组患儿的肠道清洁度、不良反应发生率。结果实验组肠道清洁度为98.3%(59/60),高于对照组的88.3%(53/60),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.821, P=0.028<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为3.3%(2/60),低于对照组的13.3%(8/60),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.927, P=0.048<0.05)。结论采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅱ)作为肠道准备使用药物,不仅提高了患儿的清洁肠道效果,并且降低了不良反应发生率,患儿的接受度明显更好,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To study and analyze the effect and value of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Ⅱ) on bowel preparation before colonoscopy in children. Methods A total of 120 children undergoing colonoscopy were divided into experimental group and control group according to random grouping methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received lactulose for bowel preparation, and the experimental group received lactulose + compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Ⅱ) for bowel preparation. The intestinal cleanliness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The intestinal cleanliness of the experimental group was 98.3%(59/60), which was higher than 88.3%(53/60) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.821, P=0.028<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 3.3%(2/60), which was lower than 13.3%(8/60) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.927, P=0.048<0.05). Conclusion Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Ⅱ) as intestinal preparation drug can not only improve the intestinal cleanliness of children, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and the acceptance of children is obviously better. It has the value of popularization and application.
