摘　　要：目的分析氯吡格雷和吲哚布芬双联抗血小板治疗稳定型冠心病患者冠状动脉(冠脉支架术后的效果。方法选取74例行冠脉支架手术治疗的稳定型冠心病患者,根据双联抗血小板药物的不同分为对照组和观察组,各37例。两组患者均行冠脉支架术治疗和常规药物治疗,对照组采用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林双联抗血小板治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷和吲哚布芬双联抗血小板治疗。两组患者均进行为期的1年随访,对比两组治疗效果、心血管事件和出血发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.59%高于对照组的75.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血发生率5.41%低于对照组的21.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心血管事件发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳定型冠心病患者冠脉支架术后接受氯吡格雷和吲哚布芬双联抗血小板治疗的效果良好,心血管事件及出血风险较低,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel and indobufen dual antiplatelet therapy on patients with stable coronary heart disease after coronary stenting. Methods A total of 74 patients with stable coronary heart disease undergoing coronary stent implantation were divided into control group and observation group according to different dual antiplatelet drugs, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with coronary stenting and conventional drug therapy. The control group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin dual antiplatelet therapy, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel and indobufen dual antiplatelet therapy. After 1-year follow-up, the therapeutic effect, and occurrence of cardiovascular events and bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment 94.59% of the observation group was higher than 75.68% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of bleeding 5.41% of the observation group was lower than 21.62% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel and indobufen dual antiplatelet therapy have good effect on patients with stable coronary heart disease after coronary stenting, with low risk of cardiovascular events and bleeding, and high safety. It is worthy of application.
