实施间歇性袋鼠式护理对极低出生体重早产儿的安全性和有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探究在极低出生体重早产儿临床护理中实施间歇性袋鼠护理模式的有效性与安全性。方法 90例极低出生体重早产儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。予以对照组患儿常规护理模式,予以观察组患儿间歇式袋鼠护理干预。对比两组体重增长率、院内感染率、住院天数、抗生素使用时间。结果观察组体重增长率75.56%、院内感染率8.89%,均优于对照组的44.44%、26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院天数(7.85±3.67)d、抗生素使用时间(5.64±1.45)d,均短于对照组的(15.24±4.45)、(10.37±2.14)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在极低出生体重早产儿临床护理期间实施间歇性袋鼠式护理干预,能够有效提高患儿的每日体重增长率,降低院内感染率、患儿住院天数、抗生素使用时间,提高其生存质量。Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of intermittent kangaroo mother care for very low birth weight preterm infants. Methods A total of 90 very low birth weight preterm infants were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing mode, and the observation group received intermittent kangaroo mother care. The weight growth rate, nosocomial infection rate, hospitalization time, antibiotic use time were compared between the two groups. Results The weight growth rate 75.56% and nosocomial infection rate 8.89% of the observation group were better than 44.44% and 26.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The hospitalization time(7.85±3.67) d and antibiotic use time(5.64±1.45) d of the observation group were shorter than(15.24±4.45) and(10.37±2.14) d of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intermittent kangaroo mother care for very low birth weight preterm infants can effectively increase the daily weight growth rate of the children, reduce the rate of nosocomial infection, hospitalization time antibiotics use time, and improve their quality of life.
