临床护理干预对皮瓣移植修复手部创面术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究临床护理干预对皮瓣移植修复手部创面术后患者的影响。方法 46例皮瓣移植修复手部创面术后患者,依据病例选取时间不同,分为对照组(2018年2~7月)与观察组(2018年8月~2019年1月),各23例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施综合护理。比较两组Ⅰ期愈合情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组Ⅰ期愈合率、并发症发生率及护理满意度分别为91.30%、4.35%、95.65%,均明显优于对照组的65.22%、26.09%、73.91%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在皮瓣移植修复手部创面术后患者临床护理中具有显著的护理效果,该护理方式有助于加快患者手部创面的愈合,减少并发症的发生,患者护理满意度高。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing intervention on patients after skin flap transplantation to repair hand wounds. Methods A total of 46 patients after skin flap transplantation repairing hand wounds were divided into control group(February to July 2018) and observation group(August 2018 to January 2019) according to different selection time of cases, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The stage Ⅰ healing, occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The stage Ⅰ healing rate, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 91.30%, 4.35% and 95.65%, which were obviously better than 65.22%, 26.09% and 73.91% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a significant nursing effect in the clinical nursing of patients after skin flap transplantation repairing hand wounds. This nursing method helps to speed up the healing of the patient’s hand wounds, reduce the occurrence of complications, and patients have high nursing satisfaction.
