胰岛素对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的急诊治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究胰岛素对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的急诊治疗效果。方法160例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,采用随机分组法分为对照组和实验组,各80例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规基础上采用胰岛素治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、症状缓解时间、并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.25%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组用药满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者症状缓解时间为(3.1±1.5)h,短于对照组的(4.3±2.2)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者急诊治疗中给予胰岛素,其治疗效果显著,还可有效缩短症状缓解时间、提高患者的治疗满意度,同时并发症发生率极低,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of insulin on emergency treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 160 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group received insulin on the basis of conventional therapy.The therapeutic effect,symptoms relief time,complication rate,treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 96.25%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The medication compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom relief time of the experimental group of the experimental group was(3.1±1.5)h,which was shorter than(4.3±2.2)h of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin has a significant therapeutic effect in the emergency treatment of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.It can also effectively shorten the time of symptom relief and improve patients’satisfaction with treatment,at the same time,the incidence of complications is very low,it is worthy of promotion and application.
