摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的自然宿主或中间宿主以及由SARS-CoV-2病毒引起的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的原发疫源地在公众和学术界一直争论不休,迄今仍然没有科学的定论。本研究借助经过同行评审的科学论文以及一些著名的预印本科学报告,系统的回顾了新冠病毒(SARS-CoV-2)媒介的可能来源、对新冠肺炎(COVID-19)的原发疫源地进行溯源,试图还原新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情发生发展的一些科学基础,为有效预防和防控提供理论依据。There has been a constant debate between the public and academia,what are the natural or intermediate hosts of SARS-CoV-2,and where is the first source of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus.So far,there is no scientific conclusion yet.With the help of peer-reviewed scientific papers and some well-known preprint scientific reports,this study systematically reviewed the possible host sources of SARS-CoV-2 and traced the source of COVID-19 primary epidemic focus,trying to restore some scientific basis for the occurrence and development of COVID-19,and provide theoretical basis for effective prevention and control.
