摘 要:在输电线路基础常用混凝土配合比中掺入粉体防腐剂或液体抗侵蚀介质抑制剂,系统对比各配合比混凝土的新拌性能、力学性能、吸水率性能、氯离子快速迁移系数与抗硫酸盐半浸泡性能,结合X射线衍射仪对比腐蚀产物信息,明确了各配合比混凝土试件的抗盐结晶性能,并建立了抗盐结晶性能与混凝土测试指标的联系。研究表明:掺入粉体防腐剂后混凝土的抗盐结晶性与基准组相差无几,而掺入液体抗侵蚀介质抑制剂后混凝土的抗盐结晶性则大幅度提升,源自于掺入液体侵蚀介质抑制剂后试块的吸水速率变慢,盐水很难被传输至高位、且表面挥发缓慢。Powder sulfate inhibitor or liquid erosion inhibitor were mixed with commonly proportions of concrete mix of transmission lines in saline soil environment,the property of fresh concrete,mechanical property,water absorption,rapid chloride ion migration coefficient and resistance to sulfate half soaking performance were systematically studied.It cleared the sulfate half soaking performance and established the salt-resistance ability with concrete test index.Study showed the salt-crystal resistance ability of concrete mixed with powder sulfate inhibitor was almost the same as that of the reference concrete,while salt-crystal resistance resistance ability of concrete mixed with liquid erosion inhibitor was greatly improved,which was caused by the slow water absorption rate of test block after mixing liquid erosion inhibitor,and the saltwater was difficult to be transported to high position and the surface volatilization rate was slow.
