摘 要:对7组钢管再生混凝土柱进行了单偏压试验,研究了再生骨料取代率、长细比和钢管壁厚对钢管再生混凝土柱破坏形态、承载力、轴向荷载-轴向位移曲线和轴向荷载-柱中侧向挠度曲线的影响。结果表明,不同取代率、长细比和壁厚条件下的钢管再生混凝土柱在加载过程中都会依次出现轻微鼓胀、鼓曲变形、严重变形和整体破坏的过程,且破坏特征可分为加载过程中试件上端距顶部120~220 mm位置处受压屈曲并发生弯曲直至整体破坏,以及中部弯曲失稳直至整体弯曲破坏两类;取代率对单偏压试件承载力的影响要明显小于长细比和壁厚,且在其他设计参数不变条件下,钢管再生混凝土柱的承载力会随着再生骨料取代率减小而增大、随着长细比增大而减小、随着壁厚增大而提高;在其他设计参数不变条件下,再生骨料取代率的增加会造成钢管再生混凝土柱侧向刚度减小、侧向变形增大;长细比的增加会造成钢管再生混凝土柱的侧向刚度减小、侧向扰度明显增大;壁厚增加会造成钢管再生混凝土柱侧向刚度略有增大、侧向扰度则明显增大。Seven groups of recycled concrete-filled steel tubular columns were tested under single bias pressure,the effects of recycled aggregate replacement ratio,slenderness ratio and wall thickness of steel tube on failure mode,bearing capacity,axial load axial displacement curve and axial load lateral deflection curve of recycled concrete-filled steel tubular columns were studied.The results show that the recycled concrete-filled steel tubular columns with different replacement ratio,slenderness ratio and wall thickness will appear slight bulging,bulging deformation,serious deformation and overall failure in the loading process,and the failure characteristics can be divided into compression buckling and bending until the overall failure at the position 120~220 mm from the top of the specimen in the loading process,and bending instability in the middle until the overall failure There are two kinds of overall bending failure the influence of replacement ratio on the bearing capacity of single bias compression specimen is obviously smaller than slenderness ratio and wall thickness,and under the condition that other design parameters remain unchanged,the bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled steel tubular column will increase with the decrease of replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,decrease with the increase of slenderness ratio and increase with the increase of wall thickness.Under the condition that other design parameters remain unchanged,recycled aggregate will increase The increase of replacement ratio will lead to the decrease of lateral stiffness and increase of lateral deformation of recycled concrete filled steel tubular columns;the increase of slenderness ratio will lead to the decrease of lateral stiffness and increase of lateral interference of recycled concrete filled steel tubular columns;the increase of wall thickness will lead to the increase of lateral stiffness and lateral interference of recycled concrete filled steel tubular columns.
