摘 要:采用自配苯丙乳液对偏高岭土基地聚合物进行改性,研究了乳液不同掺量对地聚合物的力学性能和耐高温性能的影响,采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段对地聚合物的矿物组成和微观形貌进行分析。结果表明:A151改性后的乳液作为增韧剂效果最好,该乳液掺量为1%时抗压以及抗折强度最大,28 d分别为63.3、11.5 MPa,较未添加改性乳液制备的样品28 d抗折强度提高了25.8%;添加1%A151改性后的乳液,偏高岭土基地聚合物的折压比较未添加乳液的地聚合物提高了50%;焙烧后的样品的抗压和抗折强度随着温度的增加先升高再降低,100℃强度达到最大。The self-made styrene acrylic emulsion were used to modify the metakaolin based geopolymer.The effect of different content of emulsion on mechanical properties and high temperature resistance of geopolymer was studied.The mineral composition and microstructure of the geopolymer were analyzed by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The result showed that A151 modified emulsion is the best toughening agent.The compressive strength and the flexural strength of the geopolymer with 1%emulsion reached the maximum value,28 days compressive strength and 28 d flexural strength is 63.3 MPa and 11.5 MPa respectively.The 28 days flexural strength of the sample prepared by adding modified emulsion was increased by 25.8%.The addition of 1%A151 modified emulsion increased the bend-press ratio of the metakaolin based geopolymer by 50%compared with the geopolymer without emulsion.The compressive strength and flexural strength of calcined samples first increased and then decreased with the increase of temperature,and reached the maximum at 100℃.
