摘  要:选用铝酸盐水泥:普通硅酸盐水泥:二水石膏质量比例为85∶4∶11三元胶凝体系,研究了水下不分散剂掺量对自流平铝酸盐水泥基砂浆水下不分散性能。通过测试其水陆强度比、pH值、浊度并结合XRD和SEM微观分析,得出以下结论:在相同水胶比条件下,随着水下抗分散剂掺量的提高,砂浆的水下抗分散性能得到改善。水胶比增大想要获得相同的抗分散性能,需相应提高水下抗分散剂掺量的方式而获得。水胶比0.30且水下不分散剂掺量1.0%和水胶比0.38且水下不分散剂掺量1.8%时,铝酸盐水泥砂浆的水陆强度比均大于100%。XRD和SEM分析表明,砂浆水下浇筑通过水层时能吸收少量的水分,降低了砂浆的黏度,使得成型过程中部分气泡溢出,导致砂浆结构更加密实。In order to prepare non-dispersible aluminate cement-based mortar under self-leveling water,a ternary cementitious system with aluminate cement:ordinary Portland cement:gypsum with dihydrate mass ratio of 85∶4∶11 was selected,and the underwater non-dispersant was added.The purpose of exploring the underwater non-dispersibility of aluminate cement-based mortar was to test the water-to-ground strength ratio,p H value and turbidity,and combine XRD and SEM microscopic analysis.The results showed that under the same water-binder ratio,the anti-dispersion of mortar under water was optimized when the dosage of anti-dispersant increases.When the water-binder ratio was 0.30 and the content of underwater non-dispersant was 1.0%,the mechanical properties of underwater formed aluminate cement-based mortar were the best.When the water-binder ratio was 0.30,the water-binder ratio was 1.0%and the water-binder ratio was 0.38,the water-binder ratio was 1.8%,the water-to-ground strength ratio of aluminate cement mortar was greater than 100%.Through XRD and SEM analysis,the reason may be that the mortar absorbs a small amount of water when passing through the water layer,which reduces the viscosity of the mortar,and bubbles can overflow during the molding process,making the mortar more compacted and stronger.
