摘  要:大体积混凝土浇筑时水化热引起的内外温差过大,导致混凝土的早期开裂,铺设内部冷却水管是解决该问题的有效方法。基于CFD方法,改变混凝土热生成率、大气温度、浇筑初始温度和入口水温这4种外界影响参数,进行了不同冷却水管布置方案的数值仿真,探究了冷却水管到混凝土表面距离、冷却水管间距、冷却水管层高这3种布置参数对大体积混凝土最大温差的影响;最后给出合适的冷却水管布置方案。研究表明:对于热生成率低于450 W/m^3的混凝土,冷却水管到表面距离0.5 m、冷却水管间距0.8 m、冷却水管层高0.5 m与冷却水管到混凝土表面距离0.5 m、冷却水管间距0.5 m、冷却水管层高0.8 m的冷却水管布置方案适用于春秋季节;冷却水管到混凝土表面距离0.5 m、冷却水管间距0.5 m、冷却水管层高0.5 m的冷却水管布置方案适用于各个季节。The internal and external temperature difference caused by hydration heat during mass concrete pouring is too large,which leads to early cracking of concrete.Laying internal cooling water pipes is an effective method to solve this problem.Based on CFD method,the four external influence parameters of concrete heat generation rate,atmospheric temperature,initial pouring temperature and inlet water temperature are changed,and the numerical simulation of different cooling water pipe layout schemes is carried out,and the influence of the three layout parameters of cooling water pipe to concrete surface distance,cooling water pipe spacing and cooling water pipe height on the maximum temperature difference of mass concrete is explored.Finally,a suitable arrangement of cooling water pipes is given.The research shows that for the concrete with heat generation rate lower than 450 W/m^3,the cooling water pipe layout scheme with a distance of 0.5 m from the surface,a spacing of 0.8 m between the cooling water pipes,a height of 0.5 m between the cooling water pipes and the concrete surface,a spacing of 0.5 m between the cooling water pipes and a height of 0.8 m between the cooling water pipes is suitable for spring and autumn seasons.The arrangement scheme of cooling water pipes with a distance of 0.5 m from the cooling water pipes to the concrete surface,a spacing of 0.5 m between the cooling water pipes,and a height of 0.5 m between the cooling water pipes is applicable to all seasons.
