摘 要:本文基于传统的用于高压电机多胶主绝缘的环氧桐马玻璃粉云母带,优化调整了其组成成分和配比,开发研制出一种新型高性能绝缘材料。将新材料与以常规方法制造的材料进行性能对比,并对相应的定子线棒性能进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,新材料在发电机定子线棒中的应用,能大幅提高线棒的介电强度和长期耐电寿命。Based on the traditional Tongma-epoxy-glass rich resin mica tape for large electric machine,the composition ratio of the tape was optimized and adjusted.A new type of material with excellent properties was developed in this paper.The properties of the new material and the stator bar manufactured with it were compared and analyzed with the conventional material.The test results showed that the dielectric strength and long-term electrical age of the stator bars could be greatly improved by the application of the new material.
