摘  要:目的研究四川省攀枝花市首次报道自临床食源性感染的菌血症患者血液检出的乌撒拉茂沙门菌的生物表型和流行病特征。方法通过菌株的生化、血清型、耐药型、基因型和分子型特征,及患者临床病史进行回顾性流行病学调查和分析。结果本次源于食源暴露的血流感染病例的病原菌鉴定为乌撒拉茂沙门菌,经同行验证和国内沙门菌血清型数据库比对确认为国内首次报道的人源感染性血清型,该菌株与数据库中1株水源乌撒拉茂的耐药、毒力和分子分型特征有明显差异,人源菌株的抗生素耐药性低而毒力强,水源株虽是多重耐药菌(MDR)但毒力弱,分子型聚类提示克隆间相似度较低。结论在我国不同地区发现的罕见沙门菌乌撒拉茂血清型受生态环境影响形成各自的毒力、耐药、分子克隆特征。We describe the first case of Salmonella Uzaramo isolated from the bloodstream infection patient caused by foodborne infection in Panzhihua in Sichuan Province.Retrospective epidemiological investigation and analysis was taken after biochemical identification,serotyping,drug resistance,genotype and molecular typing of the strain,as well as the history of the patient.Through peer-review identification and comparison with Chinese Salmonella serotype database,the strain was included as a Salmonella Uzaramo strain isolated from water,which was the first human infectious serotype reported in China.The antimicrobial resistance virulence profiles and molecular subtypes were different with the other Salmonella Uzaramo isolates from river water in database.The clinical bloodstream isolates were shown in lower-drug-resistance and higher virulence,while the isolates from the river water were multi-drug resistant(MDR)and lower virulence,which indicated that the molecular characteristics for the strains were obviously different.The rare Salmonella Uzaramo isolated from different regions and source of our country,by ecological environment to form independent virulence,drug resistance and molecular clone characteristics.
