摘  要:目的探讨我院铜绿假单胞菌临床感染分布及耐药性的变化趋势,以指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法收集2015-2017年间从我院住院患者送检标本中分离的铜绿假单胞菌共236株,回顾性分析其临床感染分布及耐药性变化趋势;用SPSS 17.0软件进行分析统计。结果3年期间共分离出革兰阴性杆菌3053株,其中铜绿假单胞菌236株占7.73%,铜绿假单胞菌分布的临床科室最多的是呼吸内科(39株,16.52%);药敏分析显示对阿米卡星和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药性最低(均为0.85%),而对氨曲南耐药性最高(40.7%),对碳青霉烯类耐药率有所升高。结论医院获得性铜绿假单胞菌感染以呼吸道感染为主,临床应根据培养和药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物,定期监测铜绿假单胞菌的分布和耐药情况,预防和控制耐药菌株的院内流行。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital during 2015-2017 and provide evidence for the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic.Methods We isolate 236 strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa from clinical samples during 2015-2017,and retrospective analyze clinical distribution and the variation of drug resistance of them by SPSS 17.0.Results 236 strains(7.73%)Pseudomonas aeruginosa are isolated from 3053 strains gram negative bacterium during 2015-2017.The most distributed clinical department is respiratory department(39 strains,16.52%).The drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to amikacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam is the least(0.85%),while to aztreonam is the most(40.7%)and the drug resistance to carbopenems increase slightly.Conclusion Respiratory infection is the primary infection in hospital acquired Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.Clinical use of antibiotics should be rationally based on culture and drug sensitivity results.Regularly monitor the distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.In order to prevent and control the prevalence of drug resistant strain in hospital.
