摘　　要：组织协调是实现工程项目目标体系的重要手段,具有广泛性、阶段性、复杂性等特点。目前工程项目在组织协调中易发生内部关系不明确、信息受滞等问题,如何解决这些问题并做好组织协调是建设项目管理的重点。从发包人视角出发,着重于各方组织协调要点,对做好建设工程项目组织协调工作提出了建议。Organization and coordination is an important means to achieve the target system of engineering projects,and it has the characteristics of extensiveness,phase and complexity.At present,engineering projects are prone to encounter problems such as unclear internal relations and information stagnation in the organization and coordination.How to solve these problems and organize and coordinate is the focus of construction project management.From the perspective of the contractor,this article focuses on the key points of the organization and coordination of all parties,and puts forward suggestions on the organization and coordination of construction projects.
