摘  要:通过对自流平地面影响因素的分析及采取有效的质量控制对策,运用了质量管理方面的各项知识,形成较为科学的工作程序,提升解决问题的能力,通过PDCA循环,运用科学的方法,从发现问题到提出解决方法,形成了一系列的逻辑推理方法,改进了施工工艺,加快了施工进度,推进现场各项管理工作。使整个自流平地面的平整度合格率由原来的72.5%提高到94.5%,大幅提高了一次验收通过率,避免因整改返工所带来的材料损失及工期的拖延,取得较大的经济效益。Through the analysis of the influencing factors of self leveling floor and taking effective quality control measures,various knowledge of quality management is used to form a more scientific working procedure and improve the ability to solve problems.Through PDCA cycle,scientific methods are used to form a series of logical reasoning methods from finding problems to proposing solutions,which improves the construction technology and is effective.It speeds up the construction progress and effectively promotes the site management work.The pass rate of the flatness of the whole self leveling ground is increased from 72.5% to 94.5%,which greatly improves the first acceptance pass rate,avoids the material loss cost and delay of construction period caused by rectification and rework,and achieves great economic benefits.
