摘 要:针对南海某些岛礁区域制备珊瑚混凝土材料欠缺而导致制备的珊瑚混凝土珊瑚自重小、孔隙率大、表层粗糙、容易粘附附着物,同时孔隙中含有盐分,上述特征严重制约了混凝土的稳定性与耐久性,导致混凝土在力学性能与工作性能上欠佳。提出了一种新型珊瑚混凝土配合比设计方法,在不破坏当地生态环境的前提下,就地取材,用疏浚港池、航道挖出的珊瑚礁、砂和被台风海浪冲刷堆积的珊瑚礁、砂代替碎石、河砂,用海水代替淡水,配制能直接在水下施工的海水拌养珊瑚礁、砂混凝土。The lack of coral concrete materials for some islands and reefs in the South China Sea caused the coral concrete coral to have a low self-weight,large porosity,rough surface,and easy adhesion to attachments.At the same time,the pores contained salt,which severely restricted the above characteristics.The stability and durability of concrete leads to poor mechanical and working performance of concrete.A new design method of coral concrete mix ratio is proposed.On the premise of not damaging the local ecological environment,local materials are used,and coral reefs and sand dug from dredged ponds and waterways,and coral reefs and sand washed away by typhoon waves are used to replace gravel and river sand,and seawater is used to replace freshwater.Coral reef and sand concrete mixed with seawater directly under construction.
