摘　　要：目的:了解我国药师对其所提供的药学服务的胜任情况。方法:通过问卷对药师进行横断面研究。结果:将药师对各项工作胜任情况分为非常胜任、比较胜任、勉强胜任、不太胜任、完全不胜任,平均比例分别为33.54%(19.28%~64.39%)、34.20%(24.25%~44.76%)、15.64%(4.57%~22.46%)、11.58%(1.04%~25.03%)、5.04%(0.46%~13.55%);药学服务中药师是否直接与患者接触、是否需要团队合作、是否与调剂相关以及调查对象人口学特征对药师的胜任情况具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:药师对不同药学服务的胜任情况有一定的差异,药师认为自身比较胜任部分与患者直接接触、不需团队合作、且与调剂相关的药学服务,调查对象人口学特征对药师胜任情况也具有一定影响。OBJECTIVE To understand the competence of pharmacists in the provision of pharmaceutical care in China.METHODS A cross-sectional study was conducted among pharmacists through questionnaires.RESULTS The competence of pharmacists was divided into very competent,relatively competent,barely competent,not competent and completely incompetent,with an average proportion of 33.54%(19.28%-64.39%),34.20%(24.25%-44.76%),15.64%(4.57%-22.46%),11.58%(1.04%-25.03%)and 5.04%(0.46%-13.55%),respectively.There were significant differences in the competence of pharmacists about whether pharmaceutical care had direct contact with patients,whether it needed team cooperation,whether it was related to dispensing,and the demographic characteristics of the respondents(P<0.01).CONCLUSION There are some differences in the competence of pharmacists for different pharmaceutical care,and their competence is incomprehensive.Pharmacists believe that the competent part of their own is related with direct contact with patients,lack of teamwork,and dispensing pharmaceutical care.The demographic characteristics of respondents also have a certain impact on the competence of pharmacists.
