摘  要:利用正交试验法分析钢管壁厚、钢管长度、混凝土强度和钢材强度对圆钢管含粗骨料超高性能混凝土长柱轴压承载力的影响,根据各因素的不同影响程度得出长柱承载力的最优组合。结果表明:钢材强度对混凝土长柱轴压承载力的影响最大,钢管壁厚次之,钢管长度第三,混凝土强度的影响最小,轴压承载力随钢管壁厚、混凝土强度和钢材强度的提高而增加,随钢管长度的增加呈现逐渐降低的趋势。本研究可为实际工程及试验研究提供理论参考。The effects of steel tube wall thickness,steel tube length,concrete strength and steel strength on axial compression bearing capacity of long column of ultra high performance concrete with coarse aggregate of circular steel tube are analyzed by the orthogonal test method.According to the effect degree of various factors,the optimal combination of axial compression bearing capacity of long column is obtained.The results show that steel strength has the greatest influence on the axial compression bearing capacity of UHPC-CA long column of the circular steel tube,followed by the wall thickness of the steel tube and the length of the steel tube,and the UHPC-CA strength is the least.The axial compression bearing capacity increases with the increase of the wall thickness of the steel tube,concrete strength and steel strength,but it decreases with the increase of steel tube length.The research can provide theoretical references for practical engineering and experimental research.
