摘  要:为保障产品加工过程中用到的轮廓样板量值准确,分析使用投影仪、三维扫描仪和三坐标测量机测量轮廓的优缺点和适用范围。提出将三坐标测量机与测量软件相结合,测量复杂曲面轮廓的极坐标测量法,并从分析图纸、编制测量程序、评价测量结果3方面,论述极坐标测量法的应用实例。这种测量方法不仅解决了多圆弧曲面连接工件的形位公差评定问题,还提高了检测的准确度和效率,降低了废品率。In order to guarantee the accurate value of the model in the outline of the production process,projector,3D scanner and three-coordination measuring machine used to analyze advantages and disadvantages of three methods and scope of application.It raises the combination of three-coordination measuring machine and measuring software,uses the complex curved surface profile of polar coordination method.From the analysis of drawings,procedures,evaluation of measurement results three aspects,it discusses the application examples of the polar coordination measuring method.This method not only solves the issue of shape and position tolerance assessment of various connected workpiece with multi-arc curved surface,but also improves the accuracy and efficiency of detection and reduces the rejection rate.
