摘 要:针对武汉—广州高速铁路金沙洲隧道无砟轨道道床板出现的纵向开裂病害进行了现场调研、取样分析及无损检测,发现病害区段积水严重,积水呈酸性且水中氯离子含量较高,氯离子侵入道床板表层混凝土引起钢筋锈蚀,导致道床板混凝土出现纵向开裂。在保持轨道结构设计及受力特性的前提下,以“防病害发展,整严重裂损,提轨道寿命”及确保运营线路行车安全为原则,根据隧道内无砟轨道的结构特点,针对性采取了“裂损混凝土凿除+锈蚀钢筋置换+无收缩聚合物混凝土修补+综合排水”的综合整治方案。该方案实施后,现场整治效果良好。According to the longitudinal cracking defect of ballastless track bed slab in Jinshazhou tunnel of Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway,field investigation,sampling analysis and non-destructive testing were carried out.It was found that the ponding in the defect section was serious,the ponding was acidic,and the chloride ion content in the water was high.The chloride ion penetrated into the surface concrete of the track bed slab,which caused steel corrosion and the longitudinal cracking of the track bed slab concrete.On the premise of maintaining the track structure design and stress characteristics and according to the structural characteristics of ballastless track in the tunnel,the comprehensive treatment scheme of“cracking concrete chiseling+corrosion reinforcement replacement+shrinkage free polymer concrete repair+comprehensive drainage”was adopted based on the principle of“preventing disease development,rectifying serious crack damage,increasing track life”and ensuring the running safety of operation line.After the implementation of the scheme,the effect of on-site remediation is good.
