摘　　要：尿毒症患者存在一些特异性和非特异性的心脏结构和功能改变,即尿毒症性心肌病(UM),其病情严重程度的评估与患者的预后密切相关。三维超声心动图作为一种无创的新技术,其在UM心功能评估中应用广泛。本文就经胸三维超声心动图在UM心功能评价中的应用进展进行综述。Uremia patients have some specific and non-specific changes in cardiac structure and function,namely uremic cardiomyopathy(UM).The assessment of the severity of UM is closely related to the prognosis of patients.As a noninvasive new technology,three-dimensional echocardiography(3 DE)is widely used in the evaluation of cardiac function in patients with UM.This article reviews the application progress of transthoracic 3 DE in the evaluation of cardiac function in patients with UM.
