摘　　要：南酸枣系漆树科南酸枣属植物,其干燥成熟果实为蒙古族习用药材,称为广枣。黄酮是南酸枣中最重要的活性成分之一,具有抗心肌纤维化、抗心律失常、增强免疫等作用。本研究对南酸枣黄酮的提取工艺和生物活性进行综述,以期为南酸枣黄酮的开发利用提供参考。Choerospondias axillaris is a plant of the genus Choerospondias in Anacardiaceae.Its dried and mature fruit is a Mongolian traditional medicinal material,called Guangzao.Flavone is one of the most important active components in C.axillaris.It has the effects of anti-myocardial fibrosis,anti-arrhythmia and enhancing immunity.In this paper,the extraction technology and biological activity of flavonoids in C.axillaris,were reviewed in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of flavonoids in C.axillaris.
