摘　　要：智慧水务的建设是海绵城市运行管理、绩效考核、应急处置、示范推广的重要手段,也是智慧城市在水务方面的重要智慧节点。智慧海绵平台通过各类仪表采集数据,接收气象、交通、城市管理、水利等相关部门数据,开展对海绵设施状态的监控、海绵参数的统计、雨洪数据的分析、海绵实施绩效的评估、仿真和辅助决策的利用等,提高了海绵城市运行、管理、考核、决策的准确性和科学性。It’s the construction of smart water utilities that plays an important role for operation management,perfor mance evaluation,emergency processing and demonstration of sponge city.It’s also an important method about water affairs of the smart city concept.The smart sponge platform collects various data by receiving data from meteorology,transportation,urban management,water conservancy and other relevant departments.By means of monitoring of the fa cilities state,statistics on various sponge city parameters,analysis and utilization of stormwater data,accurate assess of the the implementation of sponge city,using the simulation and aid decision making system,improves the operation,management,assessment and decision-making level of sponge city.
