双源CT冠状动脉成像对成人真性室间隔膜部瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨双源CT冠状动脉成像对成人真性室间隔膜部瘤(AMS)的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析12例成年患者真性AMS的CT影像资料,总结分析成人真性AMS的影像学特征.结果12例成人真性AMS中,Ⅰ型8例(66.7%),Ⅱ型1例(8.3%),Ⅲ型3例(25.0%);单囊3例(25%),双囊及多囊9例(75%),所有成人真性AMS动态图像均可见瘤体局部随心动周期轻度扩大及收缩表现,均未见对比剂左向右分流,瘤体内未见血栓,瘤壁未见钙化.结论双源CT冠状动脉成像不仅能清楚显示成人真性AMS的大小、形态,还能动态观察不同心动周期AMS的形态变化,是诊断成人真性AMS的可靠方法.Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of adult patients with true aneurysm of the membranous ventricular septum(AMS)by dual-source CT coronary angiography.Methods CT images of 12 adult patients with true AMS collected were reviewed,and the imaging characteristics were summarized.Results Among the 12 cases of adult true AMS,8 cases were type I(66.7%),1 case was type H(8.3%),and 3 cases were type III(25.0%);3 cases were single-cyst(25%),9 cases were double-cysts and multi-cysts(75%).All the 12 cases showed slight enlargement and contraction of the aneurysm along with the cardiac cycle in the dynamic images,no left-right shunt of contrast agents,no thrombus in the aneurysm,and no calcification on the aneurysm.Conclusion Dual-source CT coronary angiography can clearly show the size and shape of adult true AMS,and also can observe the morphological changes of AMS in different cardiac cycles dynamically.lt is a reliable method to diagnose the adult true AMS.
