摘  要:目的探讨多参数MRI在移植肾局灶性缺血梗死的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析临床确诊21例移植肾缺血梗死病灶T1 WI、T2 WI、DWI、ADC、DCE-MRI序列的影像学特征.结果21例42处病灶在T1 WI序列2处(4.8%)显示为等或稍低信号;在T2 WI序列13处(30.9%)显示为等或稍低信号;DWI(b值为800 s/mm^2)序列39处(92.9%)显示为稍高或高信号;ADC值42处(100%)均减低;DCE-MRI扫描42处病灶有不同程度强化减弱.结论DWI结合ADC值对移植肾缺血梗死诊断准确性高,可作为常规移植肾状态影像学检查的首选检查.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-parameter MRI in focal ischemic infarction(FII)of transplanted kidney.Methods Imaging features of multi-parameter MRI including T1WI,T2 WI,DWI,ADC and DCE-MRI were retrospectively reviewed in 21 patients who were clinically confirmed as FII of transplanted kidney.Results Total 42 FII lesions were determined in 21 patients.2/42(4.8%)lesions showed hypo-/iso-signal intensity on T1WI;13/42(30.9%)lesions showed hypo-/iso-signal intensity on T2 WI;39/42(92.9%)lesions showed slightly hyper-signal intensity on DWI;all(100%)lesions showed lower signals on ADC;all lesions showed hypo-contrast enhancement on DCE-MRI.Conclusion DWI with ADC value,shows high accuracy for detecting FII in transplanted kidney,which can be a promising tool for the assessment of transplanted kidney.
