摘  要:目的探讨磁共振小肠造影(MRE)在低年龄组(4~8岁)儿童中的应用效果.方法选取采用优化方案后MRE检查的22例4~8岁儿童作为优化组.选取22例4~8岁儿童作为对照组,采用常规MR E检查流程.分析比较2组间的检查成功率、图像质量和小肠扩张度.结果2组患儿检查成功率、图像质量及小肠扩张度均有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论MRE优化方案保障了低年龄组儿童MR E检查的顺利实施,缩短了扫描时间,提高了MR E图像质量及小肠扩张度.Objective To investigate the value of MR enterography(MRE)in children aged 4-8 years old.Methods In the study group,22 children aged 4-8 years old who underwent MRE scanning with an optimized protocol were selected.In the control group,other 22 children who underwent common MRE scanning were selected as a comparison.The achievement ratio,image quality,and intestinal dilatation were analyzed and compared in both groups.Results In the study group,the achievement ratio,image quality,and intestinal dilatation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized protocol can assist with MRE scanning for children aged 4-8 years old.It shortens the scanning time,ensures high quality images and obtains adequate intestinal dilatation,which are beneficial for the clinical diagnosis.
