摘　　要：目的调查卵巢癌患者病耻感现状并分析其影响因素。方法2018年6-12月采用一般资料调查问卷、社会影响量表(SIS)、家庭支持自评量表(PSS-Fa)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对294例卵巢癌患者进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果卵巢癌患者SIS(病耻感)得分为(63.87±12.52)分,处于中等偏高水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同文化程度、职业、家庭居住地、人均月收入、医疗费用来源、生病时间及化疗次数的卵巢癌患者,其病耻感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,家庭支持及一般自我效能感与病耻感呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,家庭支持、一般自我效能感、文化程度、生病时间和家庭居住地为病耻感的主要影响因素(P<0.01),可解释总变异的59.5%。结论卵巢癌患者的病耻感水平较高,且影响因素较多。临床工作中应重视卵巢癌患者的病耻感,提高患者的家庭支持及自我效能感水平,对降低卵巢癌患者的病耻感有积极作用。Objective To investigate the current status of stigma in patients with ovarian cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 294 patients with ovarian cancer were investigated by general information questionnaire,social impact scale(SIS),family support self-rating scale(PSS-Fa)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES).Results The stigma score of patients with ovarian cancer was(63.87±12.52),which was at a moderate to high level.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in stigma scores among ovarian cancer patients with different education level,occupation,family residence,per capita monthly income,source of medical expenses,duration of illness and frequency of chemotherapy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that family support and general self-efficacy were negatively correlated with stigma(P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that family support,general self-efficacy,education level,duration of illness and family residence were the main influencing factors of stigma(P<0.01),which could explain 59.5%of the total variation.Conclusions Patients with ovarian cancer have a high level of stigma and many influencing factors.In clinical work,we should attach importance to the stigma of patients with ovarian cancer,improve the level of family support and self-efficacy of patients,and play a positive role in reducing the stigma of patients with ovarian cancer.
