摘 要:目的了解2014-2019年海口市妇幼保健院儿童手腕骨骨龄与生活年龄关系,为判断和评估儿童生长发育建立骨龄数据库提供可靠依据。方法将2014-07/2019-07到海口市妇幼保健院儿童保健科进行骨龄检测的1 235例儿童作为研究对象。统一测量身高、体重,并进行左侧手腕部X线片检查。比较各年龄段不同性别骨龄及生活年龄,不同性别发育情况,对骨龄与生活年龄进行相关性分析。结果男性6~8岁、11~12岁、15~16岁及17~18岁骨龄与生活年龄差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性骨龄与生活年龄存在直线相关(P<0.05);女性6~8岁、9~10岁、15~16岁及17~18岁骨龄与生活年龄存在差异(P<0.05);女性骨龄与生活年龄存在直线相关(P<0.05);男性和女性骨龄差异存在2次交叉,7~11岁男性骨龄大于女性,12~15岁男性骨龄小于女性,其余年龄段男性和女性骨龄基本一致;去除性别因素后儿童骨龄与生活年龄呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论海口市妇幼保健院进行骨龄检测的儿童,手腕骨骨龄基本符合生长规律并存在性别差异,骨龄随生活年龄增长而增长两者具有较好的线性关系,骨龄的测量对青少年生长发育具有一定的提示和引导作用。Objective To understand the relationship between the hand-wrist Bone age and chronological age in Haikou maternal and child health care hospital from 2014 to 2019, so as to provide a reliable basis for judging and evaluating the growth and development of children and establishing bone age database. Methods A total of 1 235 children who underwent hand-wrist bone age assessment in Haikou Hospital of the Maternal and Child Health from July 2014 to July 2019 were enrolled. Height and weight were measured and left hand-wrist X-ray was conducted. The bone age,chronological age and skeletal development were compared among children with different genders.The correlation between bone age and chronological age was analyzed. Results There were significant differences between the bone age and chronological age of males who aged 6-8 years,11-12 years,15-16 yeas and 17-18 years(P<0.05). A linear correlation between bone age and chronological age was observed in male children(P<0.05).Similarly,significant differences were found between the bone age and chronological age of females who aged 6-8 years, 9-10 years, 15-16 years and 17-18 years(P<0.05). There was a linear correlation between bone age and chronological age in female children(P<0.05). The bone age of 7-11-year-old male children was larger than that of the 7-11-year-old female children, whereas the bone age of 12-15-year-old male children was smaller than that of 12-15-year-old female children. However, the bone age of other age groups between two genders were basically similar.There was a positive correlation between bone age and chronological age after controlling gender factors(P<0.05). Conclusion In this study, the hand-wrist bone age of the children basically conforms to the growth rules and there are gender differences. The bone age increases with the chronological age. Measurement of the bone age has a certain hint and guiding role for the growth and development of children.
