摘  要:培育抗虫转基因甘蔗品种是应对甘蔗螟虫危害的有效手段之一。然而由于目前甘蔗螟虫室内驯化饲养体系还不完善,没有稳定可靠的甘蔗螟虫虫源,因此难以进行转基因甘蔗的抗虫室内生物测定。为建立一种简易有效的转基因甘蔗抗虫性测试方法,本研究以前期通过遗传转化获得的转Cry1Ab基因抗虫甘蔗为实验材料,设计了一种模拟自由取食的实验装置,通过采集野生甘蔗螟虫进行自由取食实验,进行转基因甘蔗的抗虫性测定,实验结果成功证明了转Cry1Ab基因甘蔗植株的抗虫特性。本研究设计的转基因甘蔗抗虫性测试方法无需依赖于室内驯化的甘蔗螟虫,即可进行甘蔗抗虫性测定,方法简单有效,可为其它甘蔗抗虫育种研究中的抗虫温室测试提供借鉴。Foster of bore resistant sugarcane by transgenic biotechnology is an important way to control the destruction from sugarcane borer. But the habituated culture of the sugarcane borer have not been successfully established by now, so there has no stable and enough sugarcane borer can be attached for the testing of borer resistant ability of the transgenic sugarcane lines. To establish a reliable bore resistance testing method for the transgenic sugarcane, we used the Cry1 Ab gene transgenic sugarcane we produced in previous research as the testing material. We designed a device which imitate nature free feeding model and borer larva came from field were introduced in the resistance testing. The final results successfully confirmed the borer resistant ability of Cry1 Ab gene transgenic sugarcane. So the borer resistance testing method of transgenic sugarcane designed in this research is a promising and simple method, and also it is out of habituated culture sugarcane borer dependency. This method can also be utilized in insect resistance testing in greenhouse for other insect resistant sugarcane foster program.
