摘 要:为改良早粳稻品种‘空育131’的食味品质,培育低直链淀粉含量的水稻新品系,以水稻‘空育131’为受体亲本,含有低直链淀粉含量基因Wx-mq的软米水稻‘关东194’为供体亲本,利用软米SNP分子标记将Wx-mq基因回交转育到‘空育131’中,创制了候选的‘空育131’(Wx-mq)导入系。通过对候选‘空育131’(Wx-mq)导入系的田间农艺性状调查及其耐冷性、抗稻瘟病性及抗倒伏性鉴定,选择及培育了与‘空育131’类似的早粳稻软米‘空育131’(Wx-mq)导入系。早粳稻软米‘空育131’(Wx-mq)导入系与‘空育131’比较,碾米性状未见差异,直链淀粉含量极显著降低,碱消值及胶稠度极显著升高。早粳稻软米‘空育131’(Wx-mq)导入系培育成功,可以在黑龙江省水稻生产中示范应用。In order to improve the eating quality of the early Japonica rice variety ’Kongyu131’(Oryza sativa),and cultivate the new soft rice introgression lines with low amylose content, this experiment considered the early Japonica rice ’Kongyu131’ as the receptor parent and ’Guandong194’ as the donor parent, the soft rice which carries low amylose content gene Wx-mq. Then, backcross breeding of the gene Wx-mq to the early rice ’Kongyu131 ’through the way of the soft rice SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) molecular markers, finally the candidate of introgression lines ’Kongyu131’(Wx-mq) has been created. Through the investigation of agronomic characteristics and identification of the low temperature stress, blast and lodging of this new variety of the alternative soft rice introgression lines ’Kongyu131 ’, this experiment chose and bred the early Japonica rice soft variety introgression lines ’Kongyu131’(Wx-mq) which was similar to the early Japonica rice ’Kongyu131 ’. Compared to the early Japonica rice soft variety introgression lines ’Kongyu131’(Wx-mq) with the early Japonica rice ’Kongyu131’, there was no difference in aspect of the rice milling characteristics. However, the amylose content decreased significantly, the alkali spreading value and the gel consistency increased extremely. A new early Japonica rice soft introgression lines ’Kongyu131’(Wx-mq) has been cultivated success which can play a demonstration role and apply.
