摘 要:广适性杂交水稻品种适宜种植面积大、商业价值高,是重要的育种目标。广适性亲本是实现该目标的基础。为选育广适恢复系,本研究以广适性超级杂交稻‘Q优6号’父本R1005为亲本,导入优质恢复系‘龙恢95-2’和抗稻瘟病常规稻‘粤泰丝苗’血缘,用系谱法经米质、稻瘟病抗性和广适性筛选育成了广适三系恢复系‘Q恢28’。它配制的9个杂交组合7次通过国家审定、6次通过省级审定,跨华南、长江上游、长江中下游和武陵山区等4个审定片区,适宜在南方3个稻作区8个亚区作中稻或早晚稻种植。这说明在骨干亲本中导入广适性血缘并结合生育期、结实率和产量3个广适性指标跟踪筛选广适性恢复系是可行的,为培育广适性杂交水稻品种奠定了基础。Eurytopic hybrid ri ce variety suitable for large planting area, have high commercial value, which is main breeding objective for breeders. Breeding eurytopic parents is the basis for achieving this goal. To breed eurytopic restorer line, we used R1005 the restorer line of eurytopic super hybrid rice ’Qyou6 hao’ as parent, and introduced partial genetic materials of high quality restorer line ’Longhui95-2’ and highly resistant to rice blast conventional rice ’Yuetaisimiao’. With pedigree method, the three-line restorer line ’Qhui28’ was bred through screening of quality, resistance to rice blast and eurytopicity. Nine hybrid combinations crossed by ’Qhui28’ have been approved seven and six times respectively. By national and provincial variety examining and approving committee.These varieties span four approved areas of south China, the upper Yangtze river, middle-lower Yangtze valley and the Wuling mountains, and are suitable for planting as medium and early rice in three rice regions(Eight sub-regions) in the southern area. This indicates that it is feasible to introduce the eurytopicity materials into the backbone parent and combine the growth period, seed setting rate and yield to screening of the eurytopicity restorer lines, which laid a foundation for the cultivation of wide adaptability hybrid rice varieties.
