摘 要:为挖掘香榧假种皮的利用价值,降低其作为废弃物的排放,本研究对香榧假种皮进行了精油提取和成分分析,获得了α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、柠檬烯这3种成分含有率高的精油提取工艺,为市场所需。本研究以香榧假种皮精油中α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、柠檬烯的相对百分含量为考察因素,通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨超声辅助提取工艺中样品失水率、乙醇浓度、料液比对α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、柠檬烯的相对百分含量的影响,从而优化香榧假种皮精油的超声辅助提取工艺。结果表明,本实验香榧假种皮精油的超声辅助提取的最佳工艺为:样品失水率0%、乙醇浓度80%、料液比(g/m L) 1∶30。研究表明,该工艺稳定可行,可用于高含量α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、柠檬烯的香榧假种皮精油的提取,为香榧假种皮精油开发利用提供了可行性依据。To explore the utilization value of Torreya grandis aril, and reduce its emissions as waste. In this study,the essential oil extraction and composition analysis of Torreya grandis aril were carried out. The extraction technology of essential oil with high content of alpha-pinene, 3-pinene and limonene was obtained, and it meets the needs of the market. In this study, the relative percentage of alpha-pinene, 3-pinene and limonene in the essential oil of Torreya grandis aril was used as the measurement point. Through single factor tests and orthogonal tests, the influence of water loss rate, ethanol concentration and solid-to-liquid ratio on the relative percentage of alpha-pinene, 3-pinene and limonene in ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology were studied. And the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of the Torreya grandis aril’s extract was optimized. The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of the Torreya grandis aril’s extract were as follows: The water loss rate 0%, ethanol concentration 80% and solid-to-liquid ratio 1:30. This study showed that the optimized extraction technology is stable and reliable, and could be used to ultrasonic-assisted extraction of high content of alpha-pinene, 3-pinene and limonene in the Torreya grandis aril’s extract. It also provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Torreya grandis aril.
