摘 要:目的:探索细胞毒性药物在肝肾功能不全患者中的剂量调整。方法:以"细胞毒性药物","肝功能不全","肾功能不全"为关键词对Pubmed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,中国知网,万方,维普等数据库进行检索,以整理和归纳细胞毒性药物在肝肾功能不全患者中的剂量调整策略。结果:肝肾功能不全可影响药物的代谢动力学,进而影响药物的安全性和有效性。45种常见细胞毒性药物,当肝功能不全时,有41种药物需要进行剂量调整;当肾功能不全时,有33种药物需要进行剂量调整。结论:应重视细胞毒性药物在肝肾功能不全患者中的剂量调整,以保障患者用药的安全性和有效性。OBJECTIVE To explore the dose adjustment of cytotoxic drugs in patients with hepatic and renal dysfunction.METHODS PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched with the key words of"cytotoxic drugs","hepatic dysfunction"and"renal dysfunction"to sort out and summarize the dose adjustment strategies of cytotoxic drugs in patients with hepatic and renal dysfunction.RESULTS Hepatic and renal dysfunction can affect the pharmacokinetics of drugs,and then affect the safety and efficacy of drugs.Of the 45 common cytotoxic drugs,41 required dose adjustment when liver function was impaired and 33 when kidney function was impaired.CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to the dose adjustment of cytotoxic drugs in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication.
